Aptex Sourcing has been manufacturing knit garments in Bangladesh since 1987. From our production base in Dhaka, we develop, sample and bulk-produce knitwear for clothing brands, retailers, promotional companies and uniform buyers across the USA, Canada and Europe. Our knit program covers t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, joggers, leggings, shorts and pajama sets — all made to your tech pack, size specifications and quality standards.
As a full-service manufacturer, we handle every step in-house: fabric sourcing and knitting, dyeing, cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery, finishing, quality control and export packing. You work with one accountable partner from the first sample to final shipment.
Fabrics and Knit Constructions
We work with a wide range of knit fabrics in 120–400 GSM, including:

100% cotton jersey, combed and ring-spun
Cotton-polyester and CVC blends, tri-blends
Pique knit for polo shirts
French terry and brushed fleece for hoodies and sweatshirts
Rib and interlock for cuffs, collars and trims
Organic cotton and recycled polyester on request

Customization and Private Label
Every knit style can be fully customized. We offer screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat-transfer and all-over prints, plus private-label trims: woven neck labels, printed size labels, hang tags, custom drawcords and retail-ready packaging with polybags, stickers and cartons marked to your distribution requirements.
Sampling, MOQs and Quality Control
Development samples are typically ready in 7–10 days, and we support flexible minimums for new brands alongside large replenishment programs. In-line quality checks at cutting, stitching and finishing — plus a final AQL inspection before packing — keep defect rates low and deliveries on schedule.
