How Quoting Works
Accurate pricing starts with clear information. Our quoting process is straightforward and free:
- 1. Tell us what you want to make. Fill in the quote form with your styles, quantities and requirements.
- 2. We review and respond. Our merchandising team reviews your details, checks fabric and capacity, and replies with itemized pricing and lead times — usually within one business day.
- 3. Approve samples. Once pricing works for you, we develop samples for approval before any bulk commitment.
- 4. Confirm and produce. Approved samples lock the specification; bulk production follows the agreed schedule.
What to Share for an Accurate Quote
- Garment types and number of styles or colorways
- Estimated quantities per style and color
- Target fabrics, or the hand-feel and weight you want
- Size range and size ratio
- Branding: printing, embroidery, woven labels, hangtags
- Packing requirements such as polybags, assortments or barcodes
- Target price and delivery date, if you have them
- Tech packs, sketches or reference photos if available
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimums vary by garment complexity and fabric. As a rule of thumb, simpler knit styles start at lower quantities than tailored woven pieces or heavily branded workwear. Share your target volumes in the form and we will confirm what is feasible — and suggest sensible adjustments if needed.
Sampling
We develop proto samples so you can check fit, fabric and construction before committing to bulk. Sampling is charged at a nominal cost, which we adjust against your first bulk order. Revisions continue until you approve a pre-production sample that becomes the reference for the entire order.
Lead Times
As a guide, sample development takes two to three weeks, and bulk production lead times depend on order size and season. Every quotation includes a realistic production calendar in writing, and we report progress against it at agreed milestones.
