Sampling & Manufacturing Services

One Partner From Idea to Delivery

Developing a clothing line usually means coordinating fabric mills, trim suppliers, sample rooms, factories, printers and freight forwarders. Our sampling and manufacturing services put all of that under one roof, so you deal with a single experienced team from the first tech pack to the final carton.

Sourcing and Sampling

Send us your tech packs, sketches or reference samples and we will source the right fabrics and trims, make patterns, and produce proto and salesman samples for your approval. We advise on fabric choices, construction and cost drivers before you commit to bulk, so there are no surprises later.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Once samples are approved, your styles move to our bulk lines. Production is monitored with in-line inspections at cutting, sewing and finishing, and every order closes with a final AQL inspection. You receive photo updates and measurement reports at agreed milestones.

Printing and Embroidery

Our in-house printing and embroidery units handle chest prints, sleeve hits, embroidered logos, woven labels and printed neck labels. Keeping branding inside the factory means tighter color matching, faster approvals and one party accountable for the finished garment.

Logistics and Packaging

We pack to your specification — polybags, hangtags, barcoded cartons, assortments by size and color — and manage export documentation and freight booking. We ship regularly to the USA, Canada and Europe, and can work with your forwarder or ours.

How the Process Works

  • 1. Share your designs. Tech packs are ideal, but sketches or reference garments work too.
  • 2. Approve samples. We develop proto samples, revise with your feedback, then confirm pre-production samples.
  • 3. Confirm costing and schedule. You get transparent, itemized pricing and a production calendar before bulk begins.
  • 4. Bulk production. Your order runs on our lines with in-line QC and milestone reporting.
  • 5. Final inspection and shipment. AQL final audit, approved packing, export documents and dispatch.

Timelines You Can Plan Around

Sample development typically takes two to three weeks depending on fabric sourcing. Bulk lead times depend on quantity and season, and we confirm a realistic schedule in writing before production starts — then report against it. If a deadline matters, tell us upfront and we will plan capacity around it.

Starting a new collection? The fastest way forward is a short email with your tech packs. Our development team responds with questions, fabric suggestions and a sampling plan — usually within one business day.
