Aptex Sourcing is a full-service clothing manufacturer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Since 1987, we have developed, sourced and produced apparel for brands, retailers and importers across the United States, Canada and Europe.
What started as a small garment operation has grown, over nearly four decades, into a complete manufacturing partner. Today we manage the entire journey of a garment — from the first sketch or tech pack to fabric sourcing, sampling, bulk production, quality control and export delivery.
What Full-Service Really Means
Many factories sew garments. We take responsibility for the whole process. Product development, fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, sampling, bulk manufacturing, in-line quality control, printing and embroidery, finishing, packing and export logistics all happen under our management.
For you, that means one team and one point of contact. No chasing separate suppliers for fabric, trims, printing and freight — and no gaps between them where quality or schedules slip.
Our Facilities
Our production base in Bangladesh includes:
- Modern cutting rooms with computerized marker planning to control fabric waste
- Sewing lines set up for both knit and woven garments
- In-house screen printing and embroidery units for branded and promotional apparel
- Finishing, pressing, quality-check and packing floors organized for export orders
Quality Control at Every Step
Quality is checked while garments are being made, not only at the end. Our QC teams inspect fabric before cutting, monitor stitching on the lines, and check measurements, trims and finishing before packing. Every shipment passes a final inspection based on AQL standards.
If you work with a third-party inspection agency, we welcome them at any stage of production.

We manufacture in audited, compliant facilities and can produce to recognized international standards, including:
- OEKO-TEX certified materials available on request
- BSCI and Sedex SMETA audited production facilities
- Documented quality management from fabric inward inspection to final audit
